Rathletics provides fitness coaching, training programs, nutritional guidance, and related wellness services. Our services are designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized programs and professional guidance.
Users are responsible for providing accurate health information, following safety guidelines, consulting healthcare professionals when necessary, and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Fitness programs involve physical activity and inherent risks. Users should consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program. Rathletics is not responsible for injuries that may occur during training. Users participate at their own risk.
Payment is required before accessing premium services. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for transformation programs, subject to completion of less than 25% of the program content. Elite coaching services are non-refundable after the first session.
All content, including workout programs, nutritional guides, videos, and educational materials, are the intellectual property of Rathletics. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without explicit written permission.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, users lose access to premium content and services. Rathletics reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of terms or inappropriate behavior.
Rathletics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
